DonationsGuidelines for donationsOur mission is to provide clean, decent and affordable clothing, household goods and many other items for residents of our community. Please help us honor our mission and be respectful of those we serve by donating clothing, outerwear, accessories and household items that are in excellent condition and immediately wearable or useable. We accept quality items from housecleaning, rummage sales (no tags or pricing) or when moving or clearing estates. Monetary donations are welcomed, too. Cash donations and sales of items in La Boutique provide the funds to pay the overhead so we can continue our mission of providing clothing in our General Store at 10 cents to $2.00. Clothing - Adult, Child, BabyMUST BE: clean, wearable, current style or fashion, collectible, boxed, bagged or on hangers.
Personal AccessoriesExamples are: purses, handbags, totes, scarves, jewelry, handkerchiefs, belts, shoes, umbrellas.PLEASE, NO: Missing buttons, tears, holes, ripped seams, broken zippers, stains, snags (especially in polyester), rummage sale tags, animal hair, smoke, mold/mildew odor.
Household ItemsExamples are: dishes, bedding, towels, decorative items, pictures or picture frames, hand tools, estate items, books, small electric appliances, sewing machines, patterns, buttons, yarn, knitting/crochet needles, fabrics, craft items, small furniture pieces, lamps, end tables, chairs, etc.
FurniturePlease come in or call about large furniture items or appliances. Arrangements can sometimes be made to take them immediately to a place of need. We have minimal storage area.
CollectiblesCollectibles such as, 33-45-78 records, vintage books, china, military uniforms, antiques or near antiques and many other items are welcome.
WE DO NOT TAKESports, exercise, or computer equipment Infant equipment nor children's car seats (prohibited) Humidifiers Used stuffed animals and toys Encyclopedias Large luggage unless it has wheels Tube TVs are also a very slow go.
